my concern at time over the phone had been asked "did I need to do heavy lifting" I got a told that I have to do pick and packing job
if you need a doctor release form I provided in past and reported I had kidney surgery in march 2018
last x-ray I got on march19,2018 I was in hospital on day march5,6,7 and 8
if you need doctor report or hospital release form let me know.

according to doctor message give to me "word of mouth" if you feel heavy stuff cause you pain in kidney I have to stop doing those type of work
but they not provide lifting restriction
I have to avoid lifting to protect my one kidney 2nd kidney not functioning according to doctor. I am not doing other job who had been offer me just recently to do some work is cause against kidney and they paying $13.75 but I decline job because I have to protect kidney.money is not important
I can not kill my self for little money
